RESINS FROM  BIO OIL

REECON has developed a process technology for manufacture of high quality Phenol formaldehyde / Urea formaldehyde resin from bio oil /wood vinegar generated from Pyrolysis process.

 Any type of biomass material briquette, wood chips, wood shavings, coconut shell can be used in the pyrolysis process. All the resins produced meet the international quality standards. Resin can be made in liquid as well as crystals (flakes). Compare to the existing manufacturing process, the new process is more cost effective with superior product quality standards. These resins find use in plywood industries and particle board industries with termite proof and fire proof application.
